A presentation by Dr. Harvey Risch, MD, PhD, Professor of Epidemiology Yale University  contains the shocking revelation that feasible  early treatment of Covid-19 using hydroxchloroquine was deliberately suppressed by the Minister of Health in France, as they revoked hydroxychloroquine’s Over-The-Counter status in October 2019,  three months before there was public knowledge of SARS-2.
